Loggd is a show tracking service that allows you to:

• Track shows you're watching or want to watch
• Mark episodes as watched
• Write and share reviews
• Create and share lists of shows
• Follow other users and see their activity
• Receive notifications about shows you follow

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. When registering:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
• You may not use someone else's account without permission
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. User-Generated Content

You may create content on Loggd, including reviews, lists, and comments. By posting content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote your content within our service
• You also grant us the right to analyze your content and to create aggregated, anonymized works derived from it — for example, grouping titles by the words viewers commonly use to describe them. These derived works describe titles, not people: they never identify you and never reproduce what you wrote
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these terms or any laws
• You may delete your content at any time. See Section 10 for what deletion does and does not remove

We do not sell your individual reviews, and we do not license your content to third parties in any form that identifies you or reproduces what you wrote. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is reported by other users.

5. Automated Analysis of Content

We use automated systems to analyze content posted on Loggd. This includes moderation — detecting spam, abuse, and unmarked spoilers — and content analysis that powers discovery features such as recommendations, themes, and similar-title suggestions.

This analysis may be carried out by third-party service providers acting on our behalf. Those providers are bound by contract to process your content only for us, and are not permitted to use it to train their own models. Any such providers are listed in our Privacy Policy.

We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell or license it for that purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

When using Loggd, you agree NOT to:

• Post harmful, abusive, harassing, or threatening content
• Post content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Share spoilers without appropriate warnings or in designated spoiler-free areas
• Spam, including posting repetitive content or unsolicited promotions
• Impersonate other users, celebrities, or Loggd staff
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Use automated tools to scrape data or interact with the service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Loggd service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All show data, including titles, synopses, cast information, and images are provided by TMDB and are subject to their Terms of Use.

9. Reporting Content

If you encounter content that violates these terms, you can report it using the report feature available on reviews, comments, and lists. Our moderation team will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or suspending accounts.

11. Disclaimers

Loggd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for user-generated content or opinions expressed in reviews
• We are not affiliated with any TV networks, streaming services, or production companies

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loggd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law
