Four chefs face a nail-biting elimination round. In front of the watching Monica Galetti and Gregg, they have to earn the right to cook for Michel by demonstrating their culinary expertise with a skills test of shucking three oysters and a palate test of making an omelette of their choice. The remaining three professionals then face two more gruelling tests for an expectant Michel and Gregg.
