Michael visits the area that supplied coal to power the Titanic, and on the Gower Peninsula, he learns about cockle harvesting with three generations from Selwyn's Seafoods.

This is where he did his first paid acting job, and Michael meets a friendly face from his summer performing in Godspell. Next, he drops in for lunch with the spectacular red kites of Mid Wales. Michael then checks in to restaurant Ynyshir on the Dyfi estuary for a Michelin-starred experience hosted by multi-award-winning chef Gareth Ward.
