Osamu Kobayashi (小林 治, Kobayashi Osamu) (January 10, 1964 – April 17, 2021) was a Japanese animator, illustrator, mechanic designer, and animation director. He was credited as ススキダトシオ (Susukida Toshio) in some of his latest works. Not to be confused with the animation director of the same name who founded Ajia-do Animation Works.
