Navid Mahmoudi, director, producer and writer of cinema, was born in 1359 and is of Iranian-Afghan origin. So far, he has participated in more than 200 national and international film festivals, and three of his films have been nominated for the best non-English language film by the country of Afghanistan to the Oscar Academy.
