She began her career as a model and music video performer before making her television acting debut in 2019. Lee achieved widespread recognition for her breakout performance as Ji Seung-wan in the hit romantic drama Twenty-Five Twenty-One (2022). Her notable television projects also include Kairos (2020), Missing: The Other Side (2020), and her leading role in the wrestling drama Like Flowers in Sand (2023–2024).
