Later that year she was cast in Cardboard Boxer with Thomas Hayden Church. Soon after, Elyse landed the role of 10-year-old Tris in Divergent. 2014 continued to be a busy year as Elyse booked a role in Fresh Off the Boat and the role as Young Anna in the American remake of the French film Martyrs.
